Our provider was very nice and patience with my husband. She was very thorough when asking questions and she came to a decision as to how and what to treat my husband. We were very pleased with her and would recommend her to anyone. Thankyou!

I discovered my passion for working with patients who have diabetes after graduating from PA (physician assistant) school and getting a job in endocrinology. I realized that treating diabetes allows me to combine my interest in nutrition and healthy lifestyles with medicine and science.

Helping people improve their quality of life and live longer is the most rewarding part of my job.

Although I believe that lifestyle plays a significant role in health, I work hard to create a judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable being honest and open. I pride myself on taking the time to listen to patients so I can take their thoughts and feelings into consideration when creating treatment plans.

I am married and have a dog named Franklin and a cat named Hank. We moved to North Carolina from Ohio in 2016 and absolutely love it. I am a runner and have completed one full marathon, several half marathons and a triathlon. I love to be outside, whether at the beach, hiking in the mountains or in my backyard.
